Maintenance suggestions
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) plastic parts should be avoided from prolonged exposure to high temperatures and direct sunlight, which may cause material deformation or fading. Therefore, when not in use, try to place the showerhead in a cool and ventilated place.
When using the showerhead, avoid using too much force to turn on or off the showerhead faucet or twisting the switch. At the same time, do not use the handle as an armrest to support your body, in order to avoid damage.
The metal hose of the showerhead should be kept in a naturally stretched state and should not be coiled around the faucet when not in use. In addition, do not form blind spots at the joint between the hose and the valve body to avoid breaking or damaging the hose.
Regularly inspect the various components of the showerhead for looseness, wear, or damage, and promptly address any issues found.
Cleaning suggestions
Every few months or half a year, you can use white vinegar to clean the outlet of the showerhead. Pour white vinegar into a basin, soak the showerhead for 4-6 hours, and then wipe the water outlet with a cotton cloth to effectively remove scale and impurities.
During daily cleaning, a soft cloth and a mild cleaning agent (such as neutral soapy water) can be used to gently wipe the surface of the ABS Handheld Shower. Avoid using cleaning agents containing strong acids or bases to prevent corrosion of ABS materials.
If the water output of the showerhead decreases or the water heater stalls, it may be caused by impurities blocking the screen cover. At this point, you can gently unscrew the screen cover and remove any impurities inside.
During the cleaning process, be careful not to overlook the brackets, hoses, and other components of the showerhead. These components are also prone to accumulating dirt and bacteria, and require regular cleaning and disinfection.
